    Scripture Reading:                                                                 Titus 1:1-4

    1 Paul, a servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, for the sake of the faith of God’s elect and their knowledge of the truth, which accords with godliness,

    2 in hope of eternal life, which God, who never lies, promised before the ages began

    3 and at the proper time manifested in his word through the preaching with which I have been entrusted by the command of God our Savior;

    4 To Titus, my true child in a common faith:
    Grace and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Savior.

    Declaring What We Believe

    Te Deum

    All:

    We praise Thee, O God:

    We acknowledge Thee to be the Lord.

    All the earth doth worship Thee, the Father everlasting.

    Women & Girls:

    To Thee all angels cry aloud; the heavens and all the powers therein.

    To Thee cherubim and seraphim continually do cry:

    Men & Boys:

    Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God of Sabaoth.

    Heaven and earth are full of the majesty of Thy glory.

    The glorious company of the apostles praise Thee.

    The goodly fellowship of the prophets praise Thee.

    Women & Girls

    The noble army of martyrs praise Thee.

    The holy Church, throughout all the world, doth acknowledge Thee,

    Solo 1:

    The Father of an infinite majesty;

    Thine adorable, true, and only Son;

    Also the Holy Spirit, the Comforter.

    All:

    Thou art the King of glory, O Christ.

    Thou art the everlasting Son of the Father.

    Solo 2:

    When Thou tookest upon Thee to deliver man,

    Thou didst humble Thyself to be born of a virgin.

    When Thou hadst overcome the sharpness of death,

    Thou didst open the kingdom of heaven to all believers.

    Thou sittest at the right hand of God, in the glory of the Father.

    All:

    We believe that Thou shalt come to be our Judge.

    We therefore pray Thee, help Thy servants,

    Whom Thou hast redeemed with Thy precious blood.

    Make them to be numbered with Thy saints in glory everlasting.

    Solos 1 & 2:

    O Lord, save Thy people, and bless Thy heritage.

    Govern them, and lift them up forever.

    Men & Boys

    Day by day we magnify Thee;

    And we worship Thy name ever, world without end.

    Women & Girls:

    Vouchsafe, O Lord, to keep us this day without sin.

    All:

    O Lord, have mercy upon us, have mercy upon us.

    O Lord, let Thy mercy be upon us, as our trust is in Thee.

    O Lord, in Thee have I trusted;

    Let me never be confounded.

    Amen

    Grace Unmeasured

    (Eph 1:3-8, Eph 2:4-7, 2 Tim 1: 8-10, Titus 2:11-14)

    Verse 1

    Grace unmeasured, vast and free, that knew me from eternity,

    That called me out before my birth, to bring you glory on this earth.

    Grace amazing, pure and deep, that saw me in my misery,

    That took my curse and owned my blame,

    so I could bear your righteous name.

    Chorus:

    Grace (grace, grace) paid for my sins and brought me to life.

    Grace (grace, grace) clothes me with power to do what is right.

    Grace (grace, grace) leads me to heaven where I’ll see your face,

    And never cease to thank you for your grace.

    Verse 2

    Grace abounding, strong and true, that makes me long to be like you,

    That turns me from my selfish pride, to love the cross on which you died.

    Grace unending, all my days, you’ll give me strength to run this race.

    And when my years on earth are through,

    the praise will all belong to you.

    Repeat Chorus

    Depth of Mercy

    1. Depth of mercy! Can there be mercy reaching even me?

    God, the just, his wrath forbears, me the chief of sinners spares.

    So many times my heart has strayed from his kind and perfect ways,

    Making clear my desperate need for his blood poured out for me.

    1. Give me grace, Lord, let me own all the wrongs that I have done.

    Let me now my sins deplore, look to you and sin no more.

    There, for me, the Savior stands, holding forth his wounded hands,

    Scars which ever cry for me; once condemned but now set free.

    Go, My Children, with My Blessing

    Verse 1

    Go, my children, with my blessing, never alone.

    Waking, sleeping, I am with you; you are my own.

    In my love’s baptismal river I have made you mine forever.

    Go, my children, with my blessing; you are my own.

    Verse 2

    Go, my children, sins forgiven, at peace and pure.

    Here you learned how much I love you, what I can cure.

    Here you heard my dear Son’s story; here you touched him, saw his glory.

    Go, my children, sins forgiven, at peace and pure.

    Verse 3

    Go, my children, fed and nourished, closer to me.

    Grow in love and love by serving, joyful and free.

    Here my Spirit’s power filled you; here his tender comfort stilled you.

    Go, my children, fed and nourished, joyful, and free.
