Psalm 134 A Blue Psalter, pg 874
Come, All You Servants of the Lord
- Come, all you servants of the Lord,
who work and pray by night, by day.
Come, bless the Lord within this place;
with lifted hands your homage pay.
- The Lord now bless from heaven above
and shine on you with radiant face;
The Lord who heaven and earth has made
illuminate you with peace and grace.

Call To Worship
Scripture Reading: II Corinthians 5:14-21
The Ministry of Reconciliation
14 For the love of Christ controls us, because we have concluded this: that one has died for all, therefore all have died;
15 and he died for all, that those who live might no longer live for themselves but for him who for their sake died and was raised.
16 From now on, therefore, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we once regarded Christ according to the flesh, we regard him thus no longer.
17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.
18 All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation;
19 that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation.
20 Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.
21 For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
Prayer of Invocation
The Apostle’s Creed
I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth.
And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord;
Who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, Born of the virgin Mary;
Suffered under Pontius Pilate;
Was crucified, dead, and buried; He descended into hell;
The third day He rose again from the dead;
He ascended into heaven,
And sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty;
From whence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Ghost;
The holy universal church; The communion of saints;
The forgiveness of sins; The resurrection of the body;
And the life everlasting. Amen.
We Respond to God’s Presence
The Potter’s Hand
Beautiful Lord, wonderful Savior,
I know for sure all of my days are held in Your hand;
Crafted into Your perfect plan.
I’m captured by Your holy calling,
Set me apart I know You are drawing me to Yourself;
Lead me Lord, I pray.
Chorus: Take me, mold me, use me, fill me,
I give my life to the Potter’s hand.
Call me, guide me, lead me, walk beside me.
I give my life to the Potter’s hand.
You gently call me into your presence,
Guiding me by Your Holy Spirit.
Teach me, dear Lord, to live all of my life through Your eyes.
I’m captured by Your holy calling.
Set me apart I know You are drawing me to Yourself;
Lead me Lord, I pray.
Repeat Chorus

Merciful God
Verse 1 Merciful God, O abounding in love,
faithful to all who draw near You;
Hearing the cries of the humble in heart,
showing the Cross they may cling to.
Helpless I come, broken in sin;
found at the feet of Your mercy.
Father, forgive; may my sin be remembered no more.
Verse 2 Merciful God, O abounding in love;
faithful through times we have failed You.
Selfish in thought and uncaring in deed,
foolish in word and ungrateful.
Spirit of God, conquer our hearts,
with love that flows from forgiveness.
Cause us to yield and return to the mercy of God.
Verse 3 Merciful God, O abounding in love;
faithful to keep us from falling.
Guiding our ways with Your fatherly heart,
growing our faith with each testing.
God speed the day struggles will end;
Faultless we’ll gaze on Your glory.
Then we will stand overwhelmed by the mercy of God.

Psalm 145 G Blue Psalter, pg 952
We Will Extoll You, God and King
- We will extol you, God and King, and bless your holy name.
Day after day we’ll sing your praise, forever and forever.
Chorus: One generation will call to the next:
“Our God is good and his hand is strong!”
All of the world sings his marvelous acts
And our voice will join with theirs in the song.
- Great is the Lord! In all his ways he’s greatly to be praised.
Were we to search for endless days, his greatness none could fathom.
(repeat chorus)
- We contemplate the splendor of the world your hand has made.
Far greater still the majesty we see in the Creator!
(repeat chorus)
- Now may your name be sung in every tongue in every place.
Singing the fame of your great love in ev’ry generation.
(repeat chorus)

Sermon Hymn:
Psalm 119:73-80 (Yodh)
O LORD, my delight, my delight is in your law.
73 Your hands have made and fashioned me; *
give me understanding that I may learn your commandments.
74 Those who fear you shall see me and rejoice; *
because I have hoped in your word.
O LORD, my delight, my delight is in your law.
75 I know, O LORD, that your judgments are right, *
and that in faithfulness you have humbled me.
76 Let your steadfast love become my comfort *
according to your promise to your servant.
O LORD, my delight, my delight is in your law.
77 Let your mercy come to me, that I may live; *
for your law is my delight.
78 Let the arrogant be put to shame, because they have
subverted me with guile; *
as for me I will meditate on your precepts.
O LORD, my delight, my delight is in your law.
79 Let those who fear you turn to me, *
so that they may know your decrees.
80 May my heart be blameless in your statutes, *
so that I may not be put to shame.
O LORD, my delight, my delight is in your law.
